Locally owned, locally answerable.

Wise Choice Heating & Cooling LLC was started right here in Black with a simple idea: people deserve to know what is actually wrong with their air conditioner, what it costs to fix, and when someone will show up.

No call center in another state. No commissioned salesman trying to sell a new system when a $40 part would do. When you call, you get the person who will be standing in your yard.

We work on every major brand, we quote before we turn a wrench, and we clean up after ourselves. If a repair does not make financial sense, we will say so.
