Daleville sits right at the main gate of Fort Novosel, and a big share of the town is soldiers, retirees, civilians on post and their families. Schedules are tight, moves happen on short notice, and nobody wants to burn leave waiting on a repairman. Wise Choice Heating & Cooling serves Daleville and Level Plains with clear appointment windows and fair pricing.
Homes and HVAC in Daleville
Housing around Daleville includes a lot of rentals and homes bought with a resale in mind a few years out. That makes the repair-versus-replace question especially important: an owner who plans to sell in two years needs a different recommendation than a family staying for twenty. Many systems here are also builder-grade units that run hard during long Alabama summers.

Through the seasons
Summer is PCS season, and Daleville houses change hands and tenants faster than anywhere else on our map. Units left off between occupants often need a quick cleaning and inspection before they are ready for a full Alabama afternoon. In winter, homes along the Level Plains side commonly call us for heat pumps that are icing over or failing to switch modes.
Distance and scheduling
Daleville is about 36 miles from Black, comfortably inside our 50-mile service radius with no travel fee. Tell us your duty schedule when you book and we will work around it.
Can you work with my property manager while I am deployed?
Yes. We can coordinate directly with your property manager or a trusted neighbor for access, send photos and a written summary of what we found, and get your approval by phone or email before any repair. You will know exactly what was done without being on site.
